Both Riley and Shena graduated from Iowa State University. Shena has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services, and Riley has a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a license to teach secondary education.
During college, they encountered the love of Jesus in a real way through authentic community. They are passionate about seeing other young people have the same story. Their desire is to see young people meet Jesus and encounter real community.
Alex & Katie Rosinger
Alex and Katie Rosinger are both alumni of Iowa State University and ISU Chi Alpha. Their hearts and lives were completely transformed through encountering Jesus during their years as ISU students.
After graduating from ISU in 2016, Alex worked as an environmental engineer in the Minneapolis metro area. Katie also graduated in 2016, spent two years on staff with ISU Chi Alpha, and later moved to Minneapolis after they were married in 2018 to work as a preschool teacher at an inner-city nonprofit foundation.
Since moving back to Ames, they have added three little boys to their family.
Alex and Katie are hungry to see God move radically in the hearts of ISU students and to see the university transformed by the good news of Jesus.
